4. Licence & Permitted Use
When you purchase access, we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for authorised users within your company.
You may:

You may not:

Share access outside your organisation

Resell, sublicense, or distribute content

Record, copy, or reproduce content for external use

5. User Conduct
Users must:

Not attempt to copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer content

Not share login credentials
We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is identified.

6. Pricing, Billing & Renewals

Pricing is based on company licence tiers

Fees are billed annually unless otherwise agreed

Launch Cohort pricing is discounted and locked for the duration stated, provided the licence remains active
Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, and branding are the intellectual property of The Launch Academy.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership rights.

8. Availability & Changes
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may:

Update content as regulations, channels, or best practices evolve

Improve or modify the platform

Retire outdated modules
Material changes will not reduce the core value of purchased access.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

We are not responsible for business decisions made using the training content

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months

10. Termination
We may terminate access if these terms are breached.
On termination:

No refunds will be issued
