1. About Us

The Launch Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional training and educational content focused on ethical promotion, compliance-aware marketing, and related topics for professionals in regulated industries.

Our services are provided to businesses and their authorised users.

2. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • On-demand digital training modules

  • Optional live sessions, workshops, or Q&A clinics

  • Supporting materials such as templates and checklists

All content is educational in nature and designed to support better decision-making.

We do not provide legal, regulatory, or medical advice.

3. No Specific Legal or Regulatory Advice

The training content:

  • Does not replace internal medical, legal, compliance, or regulatory review

  • Should not be relied upon as legal advice

  • Is intended to complement, not override, your organisation’s governance processes

Responsibility for final approval of any promotional or non-promotional material remains with your organisation.

4. Licence & Permitted Use

When you purchase access, we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for authorised users within your company.

You may:

  • Allow registered team members to access the content

  • Use materials internally for training purposes

You may not:

  • Share access outside your organisation

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute content

  • Record, copy, or reproduce content for external use

5. User Conduct

Users must:

  • Use the platform responsibly

  • Not attempt to copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer content

  • Not share login credentials

We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is identified.

6. Pricing, Billing & Renewals

  • Pricing is based on company licence tiers

  • Fees are billed annually unless otherwise agreed

  • Launch Cohort pricing is discounted and locked for the duration stated, provided the licence remains active

Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and branding are the intellectual property of The Launch Academy.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership rights.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

  • Update content as regulations, channels, or best practices evolve

  • Improve or modify the platform

  • Retire outdated modules

Material changes will not reduce the core value of purchased access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for business decisions made using the training content

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months

10. Termination

We may terminate access if these terms are breached.

On termination:

  • Access will be revoked

  • No refunds will be issued

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
